1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the 8z88 platform (accessible at 8z88.club and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and APIs), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 8z88 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue all use of the 8z88 platform. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all cases of dispute or ambiguity. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are of sound mind and are participating voluntarily without coercion or undue influence.

8z88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified in the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 8z88 employs both automated and manual age verification processes as part of its KYC framework.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 8z88 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If duplicate accounts are identified, 8z88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a contact phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and proof of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming account ownership).

Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. 8z88 aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. 4.4 Transaction Integrity

All funds deposited into your 8z88 account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and controlled by you. Deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful means, or deposits made on behalf of another person, are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities. 8z88 reserves the right to delay, reverse, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable. If you choose to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 8z88

8z88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: prohibited conduct is detected or suspected; KYC verification requirements are not fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe; a self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder; the account appears to be connected to fraudulent payment activity; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or compliance risk to the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via email and withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and any pending withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a valid closure request from a KYC-verified account holder, 8z88 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
